The project consists of construction of 1008 apartments and the infrastructure, In the program of reconstruction of Erbil City’s suburbans in Northern Iraq.      

131.170 m2 indoor construction area.      

It is built 3 story 84 blocks total of 1008 apartments.      

Well for potable water and 800 m3 water tank construction.      

Approximately 75.000 m3 concrete was used and 320.000 m3 excavation was made.
